Personal advice

"Life is a marathon, not a sprint - have patience and things will eventually work out, even if it's hard to believe it at the moment. Just as the sun will rise each day without fail, even the lowest of low points can be overcome with help from friends, family and others. Learn to lean on others - they will be your greatest strength in times of adversity - it is a hard truth that took me a long time to learn but I am so glad I did. Remember to celebrate the small wins in life and don't forget to pause and just immerse yourself in the moment at least once every day."
